This privacy statement explains what personal data we process, the purpose and legal grounds for processing this data and we inform you about your privacy rights.

What personal data do we process

We process the following data of (potential) customers, suppliers and employees: first name, last name, gender, title, date of birth, place of birth, address details, phone number, email address, banking account details, IP address, location data, device data, internet browser data, data regarding your activities on our websites, in our applications and across various websites. We also process other personal data that you actively submit to us, e.g. by creating an account on our websites, in correspondence or by phone.

Purposes and legal grounds of the processing

We process personal data for the following purposes: for the performance and closing of agreements, handling of payments, delivery of services and products, to contact you if necessary to perform our services, to send newsletters and other marketing outings, to inform you about changes in agreements and (general) terms, the option to create and manage an account, combating and preventing fraud, and to comply with obligations arising from law. We also process personal data to tailor our range of services and products to your interests, and to guarantee and improve the quality of our services.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We share personal data with third parties when this is required for the performance of our services or to comply with legal obligations. If we have personal data processed by a third party, we close a processing agreement with this third party in order to guarantee the protection of your personal data and privacy rights. Personal data will only be passed on to third parties for the purposes and legal grounds set out in this privacy statement.

Security and storage of personal data

We take the security of personal data very seriously and take the necessary steps to prevent loss or any form of unlawful data processing. In addition, we do not store personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. If there is a legal storage period, we will delete the data after the expiry of this period.

Your privacy rights

You have the right to view, rectify, add, delete and transfer your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data, have less data processed and object to the processing of your data.

Any request to exercise one or more of the above rights can be submitted by email or by letter. For identification purposes, we ask that you always attach a copy of your ID to the request. You are allowed to obscure your passport photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the ID), ID number and SSN. You will receive a reply to your request within a month at the latest.

If you believe we are not acting in accordance with privacy law, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervising body.
